خرما کبکاب

خرما کبکاب یکی از پرمصرف‌ترین و اقتصادی‌ترین انواع خرما در ایران است که با اندازه متوسط تا درشت، بافتی نرم و رطوبتی نسبتاً بالا شناخته می‌شود. این خرما طعمی بسیار شیرین و مطبوع دارد و به‌دلیل قیمت مناسب، گزینه‌ای عالی برای استفاده روزمره، صنایع غذایی و تهیه شیرینی‌جات محسوب می‌شود. رنگ آن قهوه‌ای روشن تا تیره بوده و هسته‌ای کوچک و جداپذیر دارد.

Kabkab date is one of the most widely consumed and economical date varieties in Iran, known for its medium to large size, soft texture, and relatively high moisture. It has a very sweet and pleasant flavor and, due to its affordable price, is an excellent choice for daily use, food industries, and confectionery production. Its color ranges from light to dark brown with a small, separable pit.
